Do You Need Anxiety Treatment?
While some anxiety is a normal (and even healthy) part of everyday life, anxiety can become a problem. If you're finding that you feel constantly worried and stressed, even over things that are out of your control, it may be time to seek treatment for anxiety.
Many factors can cause an anxiety problem. Some people are predisposed to anxiety. If your mom, dad, or grandparents struggled with anxiety, there's a good chance that you may deal with anxiety problems as well. For many people, the root cause of anxiety is a chemical imbalance in the brain that can be treated with therapy and/ or medication.
